I’d be curious if anyone manages to find one of these somewhere in Europe… I have a couple of worldwide adapters but they are more like the size of a small fist – much less convenient.

I travel alot, and have never seen anything like this. It’s a transforer (toy / movie) tranfpmer ! I carry a different adapter depending on whether I am going to Europe, the US or the Far East. I need one like this and will search it out !

No idea I’m afraid. They’re available in most electronic stores in Japan, so probably generic and branded under different labels.
