Hi Tony: I am Chuck’s wife, Roz. Chuck met you in Lembeh and told me to check out your website/blog. It is very interesting and has great photos.I will forward it to some of my friends to check out. I shoot stills and am waiting for my new 8megpix & housing to arrive. We are going Nov 9 to Kasawari as Chuck probably told you about. Well, hope to meet you someday

Hi Roz,

It was truly a pleasure diving with Chuck! I’m certain you’ll have a great time when you’re there in November. Chuck did mention the new camera. You’ll definitely have a chance to put it to good use while you’re at Kasawari.

I’m heading off to try a bit of cold-water diving now — my first time. I dread using a drysuit, but I’m sure the animals will be interesting.

Travel safely to Lembeh!

You’ll have a blast. Enjoy the comforts at Kasawari and the incredible critters in the Lembeh Strait. Make sure you have a warm wetsuit and a hood, so you can stay down longer!

Art Travers forwarded your review of Kasawari. I have a group going there next July and would like to publish your review on my website, along with the images of the cabin and photo station. I wish I could have been there with you guys but I was committed to a month in La Paz. If you’ve never been, plan on it. It’s unpredictable and exciting! Tony, thanks for the review of the Kasawari! Just to help me understand where this resort stands, can you tell me how it compares to some of the other places like KBR or Lembeh Resort? thanks for zour nice review about bangka diving. ui absolitly agree with you, that that area is still untouched and we will do everthing to keep it. we are a small resort (max 12 guests) at sahaung island, open since 3 years. if you are interested just check the web site: http://www.blue-bay-divers.de

Hi Tony
Again I have a question about your gear.

you write the following about your Zillon 5D setup
the strobes are triggered via fibre-optic link. Does the Zillon Housing provide a electronic / optical converter for the 5Ds electronic signal from the this I never realized. I was thinking that due to the fact that the 5D has no internal camera strobe the STTL from The INON will not work.

I have now as well a 5D an now I am browsing for the right housing.
